Early Intervention
​To ensure the young person has increased chances of success we personalise a varied curriculum offer for them to meet their individual needs. This is designed with an emphasis on improving literacy and numeracy, sequentially recuperating self-esteem through alternative learning opportunities and best preparing them for post-16 education, employment and/or training.
This academic offer is complimented by our broad range of vocational options, experiences and qualifications. These target specific student requirements and potential post-16 destinations; delivered in conjunction with sector specific; industry recognised qualifications; work placements and vocational engagement activities, including:
Food & Cookery, Forest School, Active Hub Group Fitness Sessions, Bike Hub and Salisbury Impact MMA.
Who is it for?
Students in Years 9, 10 and 11 who are failing to succeed or make expected progress in a mainstream school.

Students requiring intensive support from other agencies for criminal activity and/or substances misuse.

Students struggling with anxiety and poor confidence in larger settings.
​
Students disengaged from education.
Students who have been out of school.
